Shipping Methods

Most of our orders are drop shipped to our client directly from the manufacturing facility . Our preferred carrier, for shipments originated oversees, is DHL and we principally use the DHL Air Express Door Step Service. For any USA originated shipping we generally use the Ground Service of FedEx or USPS Priority service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, when are not included in the listed price, will be displayed prior to your checking out. They are dynamically generated based upon the total amount of your purchase or the weight of the package.

Orders and Shipments

Once an order is completed successfully, our system automatically generates a confirmation e-mail with your order information. This confirmation is a written record of your order, so you may wish to print out a copy and retain it. If you have completed an order but did not receive an e-mail confirmation, please notify customer service via the contact us page.

We substantially produce to confirmed orders and we will deliver within 15 and 30 business days. When your order has shipped, we will send you an e-mail advising you of this fact, along with a tracking number. You may also login and check your "My Account" profile for updates on the status of your order. Method of Payment

Money order/Cashier’s check – the items in your order will be reserved for seven business days while we await receipt of your payment. Once payment is received, we will process your order without further delay.

If Credit/Debit Card payment made by using the secure credit card payment processing in our web site, the processing of your order will start without delay.

If PayPal payment is selected you will directed  to the PayPal web site for further payment prosessing; we will rely on PayPall instruction for starting you order processing and for ship to address 

Order Cancellation

You may only cancel a confirmed order within 3 days of payment. We will refund the amount paid less 4% for the credit card processing fees incurred by us. Send us a cancellation request via our contact us page.

Return/Exchange Policy

Most of our orders are made to client specifications and consequently our return and exchange policy is limited only to those items that are defective or incorrectly produced.

When returning items to us, we strongly recommend that you use a shipping method that includes a tracking or delivery confirmation feature, as we will not be responsible for items lost during shipping. Packages must be returned postage prepaid; we will reject any package arriving COD.

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact customer service via the contact us and supply your name, order number, the item(s) that you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. We will supply you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with shipping instructions.

Please do not return merchandise to us without first acquiring an RMA, as this will likely delay the return or exchange process.
